i just did 30 minutes of cardio, followed by 20 flights of stairs, followed by sit ups and push ups until i ralphed.
i am so out of shape.
hopefully, after two months of this, i will feel better about myself life.
right now, my knees feel like they are made of fire.

So after i got back from my 10:30 meeting, I worked for what seemed like 15 minutes, and it was 1:30. I just had my lunch, wrote two emails, and proofread a proposal.
It seemed like that took well over two hours.

That was like thirty minutes ago.
