If you want to move Outlook 2007 .ost file to another drive you need to Change the location where your offline files are saved. <\/p>\n

Procedure to follow<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. First you need to close your Outlook.<\/p>\n

2. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.<\/p>\n

3. Double-click Mail, and then click E-mail Accounts.<\/p>\n

4. Click View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.<\/p>\n

5. Select the Microsoft Exchange Server account, and then click Change.<\/p>\n

6. Clear the Use Cached Exchange Mode check box.<\/p>\n

7. Click More Settings.<\/p>\n

8. Click the Advanced tab.<\/p>\n

9. Click Offline Folder File Settings.<\/p>\n

10. Click Disable Offline Use, and then click Yes in the dialog box that appears.<\/p>\n

11. Click Offline Folder File Settings.<\/p>\n

12. Click Browse, go to the location where you want to save your .ost file, and then click Open.<\/p>\n

13. Click OK.<\/p>\n

14. Select the Use Cached Exchange Mode check box.<\/p>\n

15. Click Next, and then click Finish.<\/p>\n
