You have 5 seconds for betting:<\/p>\n<p>Apartment A: Riverside Yonkers Apartment, 1150$ a month, pay utilities, beautiful view, kinda small, 300$&#8221;moving fee&#8221;, 250$ &#8220;moving security&#8221;, 1 month&#8217;s rent, 2 mos security by August 15th.<\/p>\n<p>Apartment B:Futher in the depths of Yonkers, but 1000$ a month for a bigass place (with an attic!), utilities included. We have access to the apartment for a month, to clean up, paint, and decorate.
